We can't think of a better way to prepare you for a senior leadership position. But make no mistake: Momentum isn't for everyone. You'll need to be resilient and use your initiative to seize any opportunities that you encounter.
In 2009 we are recruiting for four streams in the Momentum Programme: Commercial Management; Finance (which includes roles in Finance, as well as in Internal Audit, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance); HR; and Communications.

Have you got what it takes?
The programme requires you to be able to make judgements in ambiguous contexts, have a sense of purpose and commitment and to understand and influence people across our business.
You also need to be internationally mobile so that you can make the most of opportunities to work and travel across the Group.
