Pru Life UK wishes to inform you that the Company will implement an increase in annual management charges in all  existing Prulink policies effective October 3, 2011.

This is in line with our contractual agreement with you under your policy, which reads:

"We reserve the right to adjust the AMC up to a maximum based on the table above, but will not do so without giving you six (6) months' notice.

We reserve the right to determine the AMC levels on the new funds we will introduce in the future."
