CHINESE DINNER AND KARAOKE

The experience money cannot buy

Bernadette Tad-y works hard. As a new Unit Manager for Blue Pearl 2, she recruits, trains, motivates her agents and does her own personal selling too. But with her second and most recent trip to London for the 2009 International Sales Convention, Ms. Tad-y felt that all her hardship was well worth the hard work. “The experience from the trip for me was something that somehow sealed my conviction that there is no other work that can give joy than being in the life insurance business especially with Pru Life UK! Yes, it is not easy but everything can be handled with lots of prayers, unending learning, practice, lots of patience and perseverance,” she shared.

Aside from the beautiful places she had seen and the great times spent with her colleagues, Ms. Tad-y also noted the little things that made the trip extra special. “The welcome and goodbye card and token in our rooms from Mr. Peter Grimes, very touching…The fellowship was a real fellowship! Dancing until we drop, singing and mingling with all the qualifiers just to have fun! It was really a play-hard trip from a work-hard year!

“It also pushed me to really love my new role as Unit Manager because with it, I can bring more for the Company by sharing the blessings to my recruits and agents. I dream that next year, I will be able to go to Helsinki, Finland, with my agents too!”
