Update your auto-pay enrolled credit card for continuous protection.

Using our auto-pay facility, but your enrolled credit card has expired?

There are three easy ways for you to update your card details and ensure continuous coverage through on-time premium payments:

Via PRUAccess – https://pruaccess.prulifeuk.com.ph

Choose the ‘Credit Card Enrollment’ under the e-Transactions requests section and follow the instructions.

Via email – contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph

Send us an email with your full name, policy number, and the new credit card expiration date (MM-YYYY).

Through your servicing agent

Get in touch with your agent to assist you in submitting your updated credit card information.

If you need to change your enrolled credit card, you will need to accomplish the Credit Card Enrollment form again. You may do it online via PRUAccess, or by sending us a scanned copy of an accomplished Credit Card Enrollment form, along with the front side of your credit card, through email or your agent.
