Pru Life UK Football for a Better Life culminates tournament in Taguig

7 NOVEMBER 2015/MANILA – British life insurer Pru Life UK-supported Football for a Better Life on its 10-leg tourney and clinic concluded on November 7 and 8, 2015 at the Army Support Command football field in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

Pru Life UK Football for a Better Life – the grassroots sports development program spearheaded by former Azkals Team Captain Chieffy Caligdong and British football coach Chris Thomas – has been the Company’s channel in reaching out to children who have the enthusiasm and talent to play football.

By the end of the grassroots development program’s last leg, Football for a Better Life would have reached more than 10,000 kids in 10 areas in the Philippines.

Since its launch in March 2015, Football for a Better Life has visited the nine areas across the country, namely Iloilo, Pampanga, Negros Occidental, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Naga, Laguna, Palawan, and Tarlac.
