ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISABLEMENT (AD&D)
This is an accident and health rider denominated in Philippine Peso which provides for the payment of the Sum Insured upon death of the Insured due to an accident or payment of a percentage of the Sum Insured in the event the Insured suffers from the loss of bodily parts caused by accident.
In the event of death of the Life Insured or if the Insured sustains bodily injury effected directly and independently of all other causes by violent, accidental, external and visible means which results in any of the following losses within 180 days of the accident.
PAYOR WAIVER OF PREMIUM BENEFIT
This is a rider denominated in Philippine Peso that waives premium up to the Insured?s attainment of age 25 in the event of death of the Payor or in the event the Payor suffers from total and permanent disability.
In the event of death of the Payor or the Payor becoming totally and permanently disabled by bodily injury or disease prior to age 60, the company shall waive the payment of all future premiums falling due after the commencement and during the continuance of such total and permanent disability until the end of the Premium Paying Term
WAIVER OF PREMIUM ON TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY (WPTPD)
This is a disability rider denominated in Philippine Peso that waives future premiums in the event the Insured suffers from total and permanent disability because of bodily injury or disease.
In the event of the Insured becoming totally and permanently disabled by bodily injury or disease, prior to the attainment of age 60, the company shall waive the payment of all future premiums falling due after the commencement and during the continuance of such total and permanent disability until the end of the Benefit Term.
CRISIS COVER BENEFIT for Whole Life and Endowment (CCB)
This is an advanced or accelerated rider denominated in Philippine Peso that provides for the payment of up to 100% of the Sum Insured or P 2 Million per one life, whichever is lower, in the event the Insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical to attainment of age 60. It advances payment, in full or in part of the basic Sum Insured.
In the event that the insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I below prior to attainment of age 60, the company shall pay in advance in part or in full the basic Sum Insured up to a maximum which is the Crisis Cover Sum Insured
CRISIS COVER PLUS (CC Plus)
This is an additional type of crisis cover benefit denominated in Philippine Peso which provides up to 100% of the Sum Insured or P 2 Million per one life, whichever is lower in the event the Insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I prior to attainment of the benefit term (15, 20, 25 years ). The payment does not affect the basic Sum Insured and the Insured still enjoys full protection from his basic policy.
In the event that the Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I prior to attainment of the benefit term (15, 20, and 25 years ) , the company shall pay in advance, in part or in full, the term coverage up to a maximum which is the Crisis Cover Sum Insured.
CRISIS COVER WAIVER (CCW)
This is a rider denominated in Philippine Peso that waives the payment of future premiums on the policy in the event the Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I prior to attainment of age 60.
In the event that the life Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illness described in Appendix I prior to attainment of age 60, the company shall waive the payment of all future premiums until the expiry of the premium term of the basic policy.
RENEWABLE AND CONVERTIBLE LEVEL TERM ASSURANCE (RCLTA)
A rider which provides for the payment of the term insurance coverage in the event of death of the Insured.
Available in :
- 1 - year,
- 5 - year,
- 15 - year,
- 20 - year, and
- 25 - year term
PRUterm5
A non-participating level term rider denominated in Philippine Peso which is payable in five years. It provides for the payment of the term coverage in case of death of the Insured or in the event the Insured is diagnosed to be totally and permanently disabled. This benefit extends up to age 60.
In the event of death of the Life Insured or in the event the Life Insured is diagnosed to be totally and permanently disabled, the Company will provide for the payment of the term coverage. This benefit extends up to age 60. ( In the event that the insured is a minor, refer to Table 1 on page C19).
PRUcc5
An accelerated crisis cover rider denominated in Philippine Peso that advances the PRUterm5 Sum Insured in case the Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses. A PRUterm5 should be purchased together with this rider. PRUcc5 and PRUterm5 operate like the Crisis Cover plus (CCP) except that they are payable in five years.
In the event that the Life Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I prior to the attainment of the benefit term, the company shall pay in advance the PRUterm5 Sum Insured.
CRISIS COVER WAIVER 5 (PRUccw5)
A rider denominated in Philippine Peso which waives payment of all future premiums in the event the Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses.
In the event that the Life Insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses described in Appendix I, the company shall waive the payment of all future premiums until the expiry of the premium term of the basic policy.
SPOUSE WAIVER
A supplementary benefit specially designed for married couples. It waives all future premiums under the basic policy including all the riders attached to it in the event that the Spouse of the Life Insured becomes disabled, suffers from any critical illness or dies before age 60 or during the term of the policy, whichever is earlier.
1. Disability
Waives the premium if the Spouse becomes totally and permanently disabled. However, if disability is only temporary which means the Spouse recovers from disability, then the policy will revert to regular premium paying status.
2. Crisis Cover
Waives the premium in the event that the Spouse suffers any of the critical illnesses.
3. Death
Should the Spouse die before age 60 or during the premium term of the policy, all future premiums shall be waived.
