This product is eligible if the Life assured is within the ages of 1-59.
Termination policy
The policy terminates upon the earliest of the following dates: upon reaching its Coverage End Date, or in the event of the death of the Life Assured, or upon payment of the Dengue Diagnosis claim, or when the Life Assured reaches age sixty (60) whichever comes first.

Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines (at the time of application)

Must own a debit or credit card under his/her name (Visa/Mastercard/JCB) or e wallet like GCash or GrabPay.
Eligibility requirements for the Life Assured

Must either be the Policyowner or the child of the Policyowner

If the Life Assured is the Policyowner, his/her age must be 18-59 years. If the Life Assured is the child of the Policyowner, his/her age must be 1-17 years.

A Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines (at the time of application)

Must be in good health, must not have the signs and symptoms of Dengue, and must not be diagnosed with Dengue at the time of sale
