1st 1,000 policies that will be enrolled in the Bank of the Philippine Islands – Direct Debit (BPI-DD) payment facility will get a chance to get an e-GC​

e-GC amount is equivalent to PHP50 for every PHP1000 of modal premium enrolled for payment, to be paid out to the policyowner​

Reminders:​

  1. Only an existing policy should be enrolled in BPI-DD. No new policy purchase is required.​
  2. Offer is only available to customers who received a direct communication from Pru Life UK about this campaign​

Campaign Guidelines

Criteria for Qualification​

In-force or active policies who have regular-pay and limited-pay base plans:​

  1. Policy is not enrolled under BPI-Direct Debit as the mode of payment upon receipt of the promotional material​
  2. Payment status of the policy is either premium-paying or premium holiday​

Monthly Rewarding​

  1. Policyowner will receive either email or Viber and will be asked to proceed to payment page in the Corporate Website - https://www.prulifeuk.com.ph/en/services-and-claims/payments/payment-link/​
  2. Policyowner will enroll his policy in BPI-Direct Debit for succeeding premium payments.​
  3. After successful enrollment, policyowner is now pre-qualified to receive an e-GC​
    1. E-GC value is PHP50 for every PHP1000 modal premium posted.​
      eg. Modal premium PHP 4000 = eGC PHP 200​
            Modal premium PHP 4500 = eGC PHP 200​
            Modal premium PHP 4900 = eGC PHP 200​
            Modal premium PHP 5000 = eGC PHP 250​
  4. List of policies that enrolled in the BPI-DD facility will be ranked chronologically according to date and time of successful enrollment to determine the first 1,000 enrollees who will receive the e-GC.​
  5. Qualified policyowners will then receive e-GC within 10 working days of the succeeding month after enrollment.​
  6. E-GC will be a Giftaway voucher or equivalent.​
  7. List of winners will be posted in corporate website with masked name and policy number​
    1. eg. Juan Jose Santos Dela Cruz with PN 12345678 ​
      posted as J*** J*** S***** Dela Cruz PN 1234XXXX​

By participating in this campaign, clients agree to the following:​

  1. Checking and validating of winners will be done within 10 working days of the succeeding month. ​
  2. By enrolling in BPI-Direct Debit, the customer consents for the masked name and policy number to be used for promotional purposes. Once list of winners is released and the winners have been notified, it will be considered final.​
  3. All employees and agents of Pru Life UK and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. parents, children, grandparents, siblings, grandchildren, spouse, parents-in-law, daughter/son-in-law) are disqualified from joining this campaign as a customer.​
  4. Appeals will no longer be entertained when the campaign’s final and official results are announced.​
  5. The Company reserves the right to render final interpretation of the campaign mechanics, parameters, and house rules.​
  6. A policy number can win only once during the campaign period. Re-enrollment to BPI-Direct Debit for whatever reason will no longer count. ​
  7. Policies without servicing agent can qualify for the customer incentive. ​

Privacy Notice

For purposes of this Section:

a. "Pru Life UK” shall refer to Pru Life Insurance Corporation of U.K., its directors, officers, employees, insurance agents, insurance brokers, other agents and representatives, reinsurers, contractors, legal advisers, and Pru Life UK’s subsidiaries, affiliates and other related entities, and their directors, officers, employees, insurance agents, insurance brokers, other agents and representatives, contractors, and legal advisers.

b. “Data Subject” shall mean the Promo Participant, Applicant, Policyowner, the Life Insured, the Beneficial Owner, Beneficiaries, and all other individuals whose personal information or sensitive personal information is or will be disclosed to Pru Life UK.

Pru Life UK will process personal data including your name, contact information (email address, mobile number), and other related information. 

The information you provided will be used for Pru Life UK’s raffle promotions and marketing campaigns, as well as press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, profiling, direct marketing, social media posts, and other related marketing purposes. These may be released and publicized by Pru Life UK or its partners and contractors through various media channels. The information you provided will also be used for the provision of any service, data analytics, any legitimate interest of Pru Life UK, or any purpose permitted or required by applicable law. This processing may be either manual or automated and may be done within or outside of the Philippines.

During processing, we may share the information you provided to our authorized data processors, including couriers, contractors for anti-money laundering systems, risk assessment, photocopying, scanning, indexing and printing services, auditing, and other value-added services. We may also share your personal data with our media or marketing partners.  

Our collection and processing of your personal data, including any sensitive personal information, is based on your consent, participation in our promotions and marketing campaigns, any contract we may enter into with you, our legitimate interests, or a requirement under applicable law. 

Any information collected may be retained by Pru Life UK and our authorized data processors until ten (10) years from the promotion or marketing campaign. 

You are entitled to the following rights: Inform, rectify, object, access, erasure or blocking, damages and complaints.
