PRUServices is Pru Life UK’s all-in one customer portal, allowing policyholders to manage their insurance policies conveniently anytime, anywhere.
The benefit is valid only for selected services in participating partner locations found in ‘Your benefit’ section above.
The benefit is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
The benefit may be availed multiple times within the Validity Period as long as proof of eligibility requirements are met.
Discounted services are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special rates, such as, but not limited to, HMO-covered services, senior citizen and/or PWD discounts.
Discount is not applicable for individual tests that are part of a screening package.

The benefit also applies to Pru Life UK licensed agents and existing employees.

If you are a Pru Life UK customer:
- One valid government ID, and
- PRUServices homepage or profile page showing your name and a linked policy with “Inforce” status
