- The status of your policy must be “Inforce”.
- The names in the valid government ID and PRUServices homepage or profile page must match.
The benefit is valid only for selected services in participating partner locations found in ‘Your benefit’ section above.
The benefit is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
The benefit may be availed multiple times within the Validity Period as long as proof of eligibility requirements are met.
Discounted services are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special rates, such as, but not limited to, HMO-covered services, senior citizen and/or PWD discounts.
