- The benefit is valid only for selected services in participating partner locations found in ‘Your benefits’ section above.
The benefit is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
The benefit may be availed multiple times within the Validity Period as long as proof of eligibility requirements are met.
Discounted services are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special rates, such as, but not limited to, HMO-covered services, senior citizen and/or PWD discounts.

All Pru Life UK customers (policyholders and life insured) who have registered and linked their active/in-force policy within the validity period in PRUServices can enjoy the benefit. Any active policy can be linked, regardless of the insurance product purchased.
The benefit also applies to Pru Life UK licensed agents and existing employees.

One valid government ID, and

There is no limit to the number of times the benefits can be availed as long as the eligibility requirements are met.
