Important Reminders:
- The eye screening process takes approximately 3 hours and includes eye dilation, an eye check-up by an optometrist, and a final recommendation by an ophthalmologist.
- Discontinue wearing contact lenses prior to screening: Soft lenses: 7-days; Toric lenses: 2-weeks; Hard lenses: 1-month; Ortho-K lenses: 3 months
- Driving is not allowed after the screening due to temporary blurred vision caused by dilation. This typically lasts for 3 to 5 hours.
- Medication: Patients should not be using isotretinoin and should not be pregnant or nursing.

PRUServices is Pru Life UK’s all-in one customer portal, allowing policyholders to manage their insurance policies conveniently anytime, anywhere.
The benefit is valid only for selected services in participating partner locations found in ‘Your benefits’ section above.
The benefit is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
The benefit may be availed multiple times within the Validity Period as long as proof of eligibility requirements are met.
Discounted services are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special rates, such as, but not limited to, HMO-covered services, senior citizen and/or PWD discounts.
