Experience no more delays with your official receipts (ORs). You can now access electronic copies of your receipts through the following channels anytime, anywhere using your preferred device while keeping your online data secure.
Copies of your ORs will be accessible via the portal within 12 months of issuance.
A PDF copy of your OR will be sent to your registered email address.
A notification will be sent through your registered mobile number once an e-receipt is available.
Update your contact information so you can regularly receive your receipts and important policy notices conveniently through these channels. Simply log onto your PRUAccess account and choose ‘Contact Information Update’.
The e-receipt is a legal and official document that represents proof of any financial transaction with Pru Life UK. This replaces the previously delivered physical copies of your ORs.
Physical ORs will still be issued for payment transactions made via Pru Life UK Customer Centers and over-the-counter bank bills payments. Ensure timely receipt of your ORs by enrolling to our auto-payment facilities or take advantage of online/bills payment facilities.
