Winners will be contacted via call-out by a PRU Life UK representative to conduct verification purposes.  

  1. The policyowner may earn a maximum of (6) six e-raffle entries within the promo duration. Any additional transaction regardless of the number of policies updated, linked or policies paid will not entitle the policy owner to earn additional e-raffle entries. An e-mail will be sent to all joiners as proof of raffle qualification.

  1. The policyowner may only win once. The policyowner must have at least one (1) in-force policy at the time of e-raffle draw to qualify. 

  1. The electronic raffle draw for the Apple devices will be held on November 15, 2023 and the electronic raffle draw for the trip for 2 to Shangri-La Boracay will be on January 15, 2024 at Pru Life UK Head Office via online raffle tool with the presence of representatives from both Compliance and Senior Management teams (Chance to win Apple devices is extended! Raffle draw for the Apple devices will be held on January 15, 2024).

  1. Through the contact information on record provided by the winning policyowner/s when they create an account in PruAccess or PruServices, winners will be notified via SMS, email or call using our official channels with instructions on how to claim their prizes. In the event that the winner could not be contacted through his/her contact information on record, a second name for a winner will be drawn.  

  2. The winner will also be requested to email one (1) copy (front & back) of his/her valid photo-bearing ID such as Passport, SSS, GSIS, TIN, UMID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, PRC, Postal ID, School ID signed by the school principal or head of the educational institution

  1. Pru Life UK reserves the sole right to share information about this promo to qualified policyowners and shall not honor any unauthorized forwarding or sharing of the details of this promo to the public or to unqualified Pru Life UK customers.

  2. Unclaimed reward after 6 months from the raffle period will be forfeited.

  3. Pru Life UK reserves the right to deny issuance of the prizes to claimants that are not qualified for the promo.
