Payment term

Pay for your plan for one year, with the option to renew up to age 70.

Duration of coverage         

The duration of the coverage is one year, with the option to renew up to age 70.

The plan is eligible for applicants from 5 to 64 years old.

Core benefits

Total and Permanent Disability - a cash benefit in case of sickness or injury that may make the insured unable to work or never be able to work again, or require constant assistance even in basic activities such as moving, bathing, and feeding

Burial Benefit  - a benefit given if the insured dies due to natural death—amount to be given is dependent on the PA package chosen

Murder and Assault - if the insured dies due to murder, one-half (1/2) of the benefits indicated in the schedule of losses not exceeding PhP 1 million will be paid

Renewal Bonus - a benefit that increases the benefit amount of PA by 5% based on the original sum assured for up to maximum of five (5) years

Important Considerations

  1. Pre-existing Conditions – medical conditions, injuries or illnesses that you already have before purchasing a Hospital Income (HI) benefit will not be covered.

  2. Plan Exclusions – this plan and other optional benefits attachable to it has other conditions and exclusions that may affect the payment of the insurance proceeds.

  3. Free-look Period – you have 15 days from the date you receive your Policy Data Page to decide if the HI benefit is for you. If you advise us that you wish to discontinue your coverage within this period, we will refund the HI benefit premium you paid in full.

Premium - a specified amount of money that you pay in exchange for the coverage provided by your insurance plan

Sum assured - the guaranteed amount stated on the policy contract that the policyowner or beneficiary will receive upon  the occurrence of an event, e.g. death.
