Premium Payment Facilities

Learn more about how you can pay your policy premiums with ease and convenience.

Online Payments

Pay Premium feature via Pulse App

Pay Premium in Pulse allows you to conveniently pay your policy premiums with your credit / debit card or e-wallet using your mobile phones.

This feature is for you if your policy is:

  • In-force (Premium paying status)

  • A PRULink or traditional policy not purchased in Pulse

  • Under cash, credit card, or auto-debit arrangement payment method

  • Under monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment mode

Here’s how:

  1. Go to PRUServices in Pulse and select the policy you want to pay for.

  2. Tap “Pay Premium” found on the right-side panel.

  3. Choose how you’d like to receive your one-time password (OTP).

  4. Review payment summary. Any excess payment in your policy will be deducted from the total amount payable.

  5. Acknowledge the “Terms of Use”, and click “Proceed”

  6. Select your preferred payment option between credit/ debit card or e-wallet then click “confirm”.

  7. Fill out details based on the following selected payment option below:

   

For credit/debit card payment

For e-wallet payment

  • Select card type.

  • Input card information and click “Continue”.

  • Input OTP, then click “Submit”.

  • Acknowledge the Terms and Conditions,

  • Select available payment method.

  • Input required information and click “Pay Now”.

   
  1. You’re all done! Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation screen and wait for your payment to be posted within 24 hours.

PRUAccess payment portal

You may now pay your premiums using your credit, debit or prepaid card (VISA, Mastercard and JCB) through the PRUAccess Payment Portal.

  1. Log in to your account at PRUAccess.

  2. From the homepage, click 'POLICY INFORMATION' module, then click 'PAYMENT PORTAL'.

  3. To view the list of your outstanding due dates, click the 'VIEW' icon corresponding to the policy under 'ACTION' colum.

  4. Compute for the total amount to be paid by selecting the due date(s) you want to settle.

  5. Tick the 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' checkbox and click 'SUBMIT'.

  6. You will be directed to the Global Payments website to select your preferred card.

  7. Enter your credit/debit card details then click 'PAY'

Note:

  • You must be registered in PRUAccess.

  • Policy should be 'In-force and Premium Paying'.

  • For renewal payments amounting to PhP 500,000.00/USD 10,000.00 and below only.

  • Please expect a processing time of 1 to 3 working days.

  • This payment facility is NOT applicable for PRULink Investor Account Plus, PRUMillionaire, and for the following payment:

    - Top-ups

    - Reinstatement

    - Loan repayment

BPI Online

For unenrolled biller account of Pru Life UK:

  1. Log in to BPI Online on your web browser and go to 'Other Services'.

  2. Select 'Manage Recipients'.

  3. Click on 'Add Recipient'.

  4. Select 'Biller' as the type of recipient.

  5. Choose 'PRU LIFE OF U.K.' as the Biller.

  6. For the reference number, input the "policy number".

  7. Click 'Next' and review the details.

  8. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select 'Submit'.

For enrolled biller account:

  1. Log in to your BPI account.

  2. Click 'Payments/Load'.

  3. Select "PRU LIFE OF U.K." as the biller and click 'Next'.

  4. Review the payment details and 'Confirm'.

  5. Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) or use Mobile Key when prompted.

Note:

  • Ensure accurate Policy Number is encoded during online renewal payment to avoid delays and inconvenience.

  • For new business application, payment can be made via regular bank deposit / fund transfer.  You may deposit the payment through the following bank accounts:

BDO Online

For unenrolled biller account of Pru Life UK:

  1. Log in to your BDO account.

  2. Click on 'Enrollment' and 'Company Biller'.

  3. Click on 'Enroll' and select 'PRU LIFE OF UK'.

  4. For the subscriber number, input the "policy number".

  5. Input the policyholder's name and nickname for the 'Subscriber Name' and 'Preferred Nickname'.

  6. Select 'Channel/s for enrollment' and click on 'Submit'.

For enrolled biller account:

  1. Log in to your BDO account, click on 'Pay Bills and Reload'.

  2. Click on 'Bills Payment' then select 'Pay Bills'.

  3. Select 'PRU LIFE OF UK'.

  4. Enter your payment details and click on 'Submit' to post payment.

Note:

  • Ensure accurate Policy Number is encoded during online renewal payment to avoid delays and inconvenience.

  • For new business application, payment can be made via regular bank deposit / fund transfer. You may deposit the payment through the following bank accounts:

  2. Click on 'Pay Bills' and click 'Register a New Biller'.

  3. Click on category 'Insurance and Pre-need' then select 'PRU LIFE UK'.

  4. For the subscriber/account number field, input the "policy number".

  5. Go back to 'Pay Bills' then select 'PRU LIFE UK'.

  6. Enter the amount to pay.

  7. Select 'Continue' and review the details.

  8. Click 'Confirm' to finish transaction.

For enrolled biller account:

  1. Log in to your Metrobank account.

  2. Click on 'Pay Bills' then select 'PRU LIFE UK'.

  3. Enter the amount to pay.

  4. Select 'Continue' and review the details.

  5. Click 'Confirm' to finish transaction.

Robinsons Bank Online

For unenrolled biller account of Pru Life UK:

  1. Log in to your Robinsons Bank account.

  2. Click on 'Manage Billers' and tap the 'Add' icon.

  3. Tap on the search box and search for 'PRU LIFE U.K.'

  4. Enter your name and policy number.

  5. Click on 'Submit' to confirm.

For enrolled biller account:

One-time payment

  1. Log in to your Robinsons Bank account.

  2. Click on 'Transfer & Pay'. Tap 'Biller'.

  3. Select the source account. Enter amount and remarks (optional).

  4. Select 'Payment Schedule' and 'Payment Date'.

  5. Tap 'Submit' button. Verify payment details and click on 'Confirm'.

Recurring payments

  1. Log in to your Robinsons Bank account.

  2. Click on 'Transfer & Pay'. Tap 'Biller'.

  3. Select the source account. Enter amount and remarks (optional).

  4. Select 'Payment  Schedule' and 'Payment Date'.

  5. Select 'Frequency'.

  6. Select 'Start Date' and 'End Date'. Select days of the week for weekly payment. Select days of the month for monthly payment.

  7. Tap 'Submit' button. Verify payment details and click on 'Confirm'

  8. Verify if payment is scheduled.

Security Bank Online
  1. Log in to your Security Bank account.

  2. Click on 'Payments & Transfers' then select 'Pay Bills'.

  3. Click on 'New Biller'.

  4. Select 'PRU LIFE UK' for peso or 'PRU LIFE UK USD' for US dollar from the drop-down list.

  5. For the subscriber account number field, input either:

    • Policy number for renewal premium

  6. Click on 'Immediate' for schedule.

  7. Click on 'Submit' to post payment.

Note:

  • Ensure accurate Policy Number is encoded during online renewal payment to avoid delays and inconvenience. Currently not applicable for new business application payment.

  • Policy should be 'In-force and Premium Paying'.

  • Please expect a processing time of 2 to 3 working days.

PNB Online
  1. Log in to your PNB Digital Banking Account.

  2. Click PAY BILLS on the men.

  3. Choose your source of payment.

  4. Select 'Prulife Insurance Corp of UK' from the drop-down list.

  5. In the account number field, enter your 8-digit Pru Life policy number.

  6. Make sure that the “Save Biller to List” is green so your information is save.

  7. Enter amount to pay.

  8. Tick "Repeat" to schedule repeated payment.

  9. Set repeated payment frequency and number of transactions.

  10. Confirm details and enter your One-Time-PIN.

  11. Payment complete! Receive your confirmation via email.

You can pay your regular/renewal premiums for your peso-denominated policies with Globe GCash via SMS or the app.

Via the GCash app

  1. Log in to your GCash.

  2. Tap the Pay Bills icon.

  3. Select Pru Life UK as biller.

  4. Enter your Policy Number and the Amount to pay.

  5. Confirm your payment.

Via *143#

  1. On your phone, dial *143#.

  2. Select GCash.

  3. Select Pay Bills.

  4. Select By Category.

  5. Select Utilities.

  6. Select Pru Life UK as biller.

  7. Enter your Policy Number and Amount to pay.

  8. You will receive an SMS on your mobile device confirming your payment transaction.

Payments via GCash will take two (2) to three (3) working days to be posted in your policy.

Note:

  • Ensure accurate Policy Number is encoded during online renewal payment to avoid delays and inconvenience. 

  • For new business application payment within PRUOne, if Policy Number is not yet available, indicate the policy’s Application Number. Otherwise, payment can be made via Bills Payment (BPI) or through regular bank deposit/fund transfer (BDO/Metrobank).

Shopee Pay

You can pay your regular/renewal premiums for your peso-denominated policies with via Shopee (Shopee Pay) app.

  1. Log in to your Shopee account.

  2. Go to Load & Bill.

  3. Select Insurance.

  4. Select Pru Life UK as biller.

  5. Enter the correct POLICY NUMBER.

  6. Enter FULL Name in the Account Name Field reflected in your SOA with format: First Name - Middle Name - Last 

    *Please DO NOT use special characters in this field to avoid unsuccessful transaction.

  7.  Enter due date reflected on your statement of account. Overdue payment is accepted, ONLY if it is within 31 days from the due date and if the policy is still in-force (IF) status.

  8. Enter the amount to be paid in the AMOUNT field.

  9. Check if the policy information is correct before continuing. User shall take full responsibility for submitting the correct information.

Payments via Shopee Pay will take two (2) to three (3) working days to be posted in your policy.

via Internet banking

  1. Log on to www.bancnetonline.com
  2. On the homepage, click on your bank. Please click here to see list of available banks https://www.bancnetonline.com/BancnetWeb/view/goToMembersPage.do
  3. Read the agreement in using BancNet Online and click "I Agree" button if you agree with the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Click on " Payment".
  5. Fill out the required fields:
    • Biller/Institution

    • Account/ Subscriber Number

    • Bank Name

    • ATM Card Number

    • Member Number

    • Account Type. Savings or Check

    • Amount To Be Paid

  6. Using your mouse, enter your ATM PIN on the onscreen keypad.
  7. Click the Submit button
  8. Details of your transaction will prompt on screen, Once verified that they are all correct, click “OK”
  9. You may print the screen that shows your transaction details as your transaction receipt or click “ Close” to conclude the transaction.

  •  Ensure on-time crediting of premium payment, keeping your policy updated.
  • Keep your cash or savings intact for regular expenses or to earn more interest.
  • Earn more Loyalty Points/Rewards/Rebates applicable to your card.

 

VISA / Mastercard / JCB*

  • Automatic Payment via Credit Card is accepted for all plans, except for Single-Pay premiums.
    *For credit card payments (transactional payments) at Pru Life UK Customer Centers, JCB is currently not accepted.

  • You must accomplish a Credit Card Enrollment Form and submit it together with a photocopy of the front portion of your credit card to any Pru Life UK customer center/s. You may also submit the documents through your agent or via email at contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph

Note:

  • To ensure your data security, after sending the requirements, please do the following:

    - Delete credit card photo from your device,

    - Delete any email where the credit card information/photo is attached

  • Post-Dated Check (PDC) is not allowed for automatic payments 

  • For New Business Application via PRUOne, auto-charge via Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB) is also available

  • Payment of Policy Loan, Automatic Premium Loan (APL) and Top-ups are not allowed for Automatic Payments via Credit Card

  • Payments using peso and dollar credit cards are also accepted at Pru Life UK Customer Centers.

Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA)

Offered to account holders of:

  • BDO
  • HSBC
  • Metrobank (via e-ADA only)
  • BPI (via e-ADA only)

 

For BDO and HSBC account holders, you must accomplish two (2) original copies of your selected bank's Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Enrollment Form and submit it together with a photocopy of proof of bank account to any Pru Life UK Customer Center.

Proof of bank account must clearly display the account name and account number. List of acceptable documents:

  • Passbook

  • Bank Statement

  • ATM Card

  • Bank Certificate

Note: We are no longer allowing submission of soft or electronic copy of Auto Debit Arrangement (e-ADA) enrollment forms. Original and paper ADA enrollment forms should be submitted along with the required proof of bank account to your agents or to any customer centers or General Agency offices near you.

For Metrobank account holders: You may directly enroll in e-ADA platform via Metrobank’s mobile banking application.

For BPI accountholders: You may directly enroll in e-ADA platform via https://bpi-ada.com.

Requirements: Your Pru Life UK policy number (as the reference number) must have an active BPI/Metrobank account, your registered online banking account credentials, active email address, and active mobile number for the One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.

Once enrolled in ADA, Pru Life UK will automatically debit your renewal premiums from the enrolled account every payment due date. Enrollment to the ADA facility is subject to the bank’s approval.

This payment facility is NOT applicable for PRULink Investor Account Plus, PRUMillionaire, and for the following transactions:

  • Top-ups
  • Reinstatement
  • Loan repayment

Over-The-Counter Payments

Pru Life UK Customer Centers

Effective 1 November 2022, cash and post-dated check (PDC) will no longer be accepted. You may still pay in cash or PDC until 31 October.

Bayad Center or SM Bills

Present the current Premium Notice in any Bayad Center or SM Bills Payment Counter and pay your premium. Please provide the accurate Policy Number to ensure posting of payment to your policy.

Payments via Bayad Center or SM Bills will take two (2) to three (3) working days to be posted in your policy.

Fund Transfer / Regular Deposit (Dollar)

Payment FAQs

What happens if I stop paying for my policy?

For traditional plans – If you fail to pay for your premium before the end of the grace period (31 days after the due date), your policy will lapse. However, if your policy has already earned sufficient cash value, the Company will apply your chosen Non-Forfeiture Option (NFO). This allows a policy with enough cash value to continue the coverage under specific circumstances even if a renewal premium is not paid by the end of the grace period.

For regular premium investment-linked plans (insuravest) - If the premium payment is not received before the end of the grace period (31 days after the due date), the policy will lapse if its fund value is insufficient to settle insurance charges. However, if the policy already has a sufficient fund value, Pru Life UK will deduct the insurance charges from the fund, through unit cancellation, in order to keep the policy in force. The policy will lapse once the fund is no longer sufficient to settle insurance charges.

How can I change my mode of payment?

For your convenience, you may change your mode of payment for your investment-linked (insuravest) policy via PRUAccess.

  1. Login to your PRUAccess account and select the ‘Policy Information’ tab.

  2. On the left-hand side menu, select Policy E-transaction > E-transactions.

  3. Select ‘Change Mode of Payment - Unit Linked’ as the transaction type.

  4. Accomplish the rest of the online request form and submit.

Alternatively, you may also submit a duly accomplished Policy Amendment Request Form to the nearest Pru Life UK Customer Center or through your servicing agent.

How can I change my payment frequency?

All requests for change in your premium payment schedule are restricted to logical dates and should coincide with your policy’s anniversary or due date. Request for change to a more frequent mode of payment (e.g. annual to quarterly) will take effect on the next premium renewal date. To request for a change in premium payment schedule, please accomplish a Policy Amendment Request Form and submit it your agent or to any Pru Life UK Customer Center near you.
