• Step 2: Fill-out the form & proceed to check out.
How can I buy a PRUShoppe product via Pulse app?
• Step 1: Download & register to Pulse app for free. Available through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
• Step 2: Select the PRUShoppe tab and explore convenient and affordable protection plans.
• Step 3: Find the product that works best for your needs and proceed to check out!
Can I use any of my Pulse app email address when buying a PRUShoppe product via web?
If you are a registered Pulse app user, enter the same email address you used to register for an account. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address for account verification before making a purchase.
I’m a registered Pulse user but I used another email to purchase a product via web. Can I view and download my policy documents via Pulse app?
Yes, simply register & log-in to Pulse using the email address you used to purchase the product.
To view and download your Policy Contract, Policy Info Form, Policy Data Page, and other policy documents for your product, go to PRUServices of your Pulse app.
I purchased a PRUShoppe product via web, how can I view and download my policy documents?
To access and download policy documents such as the Policy Contract, Policy Info Form, Policy Data Page, and more, you have the following options:
a. Pulse app: Conveniently access and manage your policy documents through the PRUServices feature on the Pulse app.
b. E-mail: Receive policy documents directly to your email by contacting us at contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph.
c. Call us: Request for your policy documents by reaching our PRU Contact Center hotline numbers
at (+63 2) 8887 LIFE (8887 5433), within Metro Manila or 1-800-10-PRULINK (1- 800-10-7785465), for domestic toll-free.
