Only proposal generated for the eligible products listed above within the campaign period will qualify for the promo reward, subject to applicable terms and conditions

  1. How to qualify. To qualify for the reward, customers must:

    1. Agree to set an appointment with a Pru Life UK agent for a personalized consultation

    2. Engage in a financial needs discussion with a Pru Life UK agent and request more information about any of the eligible products for this campaign, particularly customized features through a sales proposal.

    3. After the proposal is finalized and sent to your registered email address within the promo period, no further action is required from the customer to qualify for the eGift. Completion of the consultation and generation and sending of the qualified sales proposal must occur within the promo period to be eligible for the . Customers who request a consultation within the promo period but whose consultation is not accommodated and completed by their assigned agent within the same period will not be eligible for the eGift.

    4. Qualified customers will receive the eGift via email after the campaign period.

    5. Ensure your contact details are accurately registered with your agent for validation and notification .

Pru Life UK further reserves the right to invalidate or revoke the eGift if fraud or abuse is discovered, at any stage of the campaign or validation process.

What is the Gift of Love campaign?

The Gift of Love promo rewards customers who take a step toward protecting their loved ones by having a sales proposal generated for selected Pru Life UK products.  Qualified participants will receive a reward as a thank-you for planning ahead.

When is the promo campaign?

The promo runs from March 1 to 31, 2026. Only sales proposals generated within this period will be eligible for the reward.

Who can join the promo?

The promo is open to all prospects and existing customers who engage with a Pru Life UK agent and have a qualified sales proposal generated during the promo period.

What products are included in the promo?

What do I need to do to qualify for the reward?

To qualify for the reward, you must:

  1. Engage with a Pru Life UK agent for a personalized consultation and engage in a financial needs’ discussion

  2. Discuss any of the eligible products

  3. Ensure that the sales proposal is generated and sent to your registered email within the promo period

No product purchase or policy issuance is required.

What if I requested a consultation within the promo period but my agent was not able to accommodate it?

Customers who request a consultation within the promo period but not accommodated by his/her agent within the promo period will not be eligible for the eGift.  Eligibility is based on the completion of the consultation and the generation and sending of a qualified sales proposal within March 1 to March 31, 2026.

What reward will I receive?

All qualified customers will receive a P500 e-Gift. e-Gift cards are essentially electronic versions of traditional gift cards or gift certificates that can be used to purchase products or services from accredited partner merchants.

Am I automatically entitled to receive the P500 e-gift once I join?

Participation in the promo is open to all prospects and customers.
However, the P500 e gift will only be awarded to customers who meet the promo requirements and are deemed qualified, based on Pru Life UK’s evaluation and completion of all required steps within the campaign period.

How many e-Gifts can I receive?

Each qualified customer may receive one (1) P500 e-Gift only, regardless of consultations or proposals generated. Multiple claims by the same customer will not be honored.

Is there a limit to how many customers can receive the reward?

Yes. The promo is limited to the first one thousand (1,000) qualified proposal submissions, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I schedule my appointment?

You can set an appointment through any of Pru Life UK’s official communication channels:

  • During a call with a Pru Life UK agent

  • Through the booking form linked in our email or Viber message

  • Via social media or our website booking form

You may choose your preferred date and time, subject to your agent’s availability.

Once your appointment is confirmed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation, and

  • Your assigned Pru Life UK agent will be notified of your selected schedule.

What if my agent is not available on my chosen appointment schedule as indicated in the form?

In case your agent is not available in your preferred schedule, the agent will reach out to you to coordinate and agree on a mutually convenient date and time.

Is a new product purchase required to receive the e-gift?

No product purchase or policy issuance is required to receive the e-gift. The e-gift is a reward for completing the consultation and proposal generation, not for making a purchase.

How many times can I claim the e-gift?

Each eligible customer can receive only one (1) e-gift. Multiple appointments or proposals made under different email addresses, mobile numbers or through different agents but belonging to the same customer will be treated as a single entry and will not qualify for additional e-gifts.

How and when will I receive my e-gift?

Qualified customers will receive the e-gift via email two (2) weeks after the campaign period.

Can I transfer my e-gift to someone else?

No, the e-gift is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the eligible customer who completed the promo requirements.

Can my family or friends avail of the promo if I forward the invitation?

Yes, this is open to all prospects and existing customers who independently set an appointment through our official communication channels.  Each customer must book their own appointment to qualify.

What if I miss the promo period?

Appointments and proposal generation must be completed within March 1 to March 31, 2026. Activities completed outside this period will not qualify for the e-gift.
