How it works

Proof of Eligibility

Present the following requirements to the partner branch staff:

  1. One valid government ID, and

  2. PRUServices homepage showing at least one linked active policy (regardless of the insurance product)

Notes:

  • When presenting the PRUServices homepage, the customer may either log in the portal or show a screenshot of the homepage.

  • Status of policy must be “Inforce”.

  • The names in the valid government ID and PRUServices homepage or profile page must match.

For The Medical City availment:

  • Present your proof of eligibility to the International Patient Concierge (IPC) of your chosen TMC branch. Click here to view the list of TMC IPC locations.

  • Once eligibility is verified, a Pru Life UK Referral Form will be provided. This form must be presented in availing the free NCD Risk Assessment and/or discounted services. 

  • Additional requirement for customers with covered critical illness availing of Inpatient Discounted Services: TMC Medical Certificate indicating any of the following covered critical illness diagnosis: brain tumor, cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infraction, renal failure, or stroke

For Hi-Precision Diagnostics availment:

  • Present your proof of eligibility to the Encoding Counter of your chosen HPD branch.

Obtain a doctor's order for all requested tests and bring on day of visit.

Present your proof of eligibility on appointment day to partner branch staff.

For The Medical City discount availment, present your proof of eligibility to the International Patient Concierge (IPC) desk of your chosen branch. You will be given a Pru Life UK Referral Form upon successful verification.

Complete the procedure(s) and pay applicable discounted rate.

Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Risk Assessment at TMC

Step 1: Book an appointment

Schedule your visit with your preferred TMC branch. Click here to view list of participating TMC branches.

Step 2: Show requirements

Present your proof of eligibility to the International Patient Concierge (IPC) desk of your chosen branch on appointment day. You will be given a Pru Life UK Referral Form upon successful verification.

Step 3: Take assessment

Proceed to the Wellness Center as assisted by the Red Coat Ambassador. Present Pru Life UK Referral Form. Provide consent and complete the interview-based NCD risk assessment.

Step 4: Discuss results

Consult with TMC doctor to discuss results and recommendations.

You may avail of the 5% discount on selected outpatient services for recommended tests by getting a Pru Life UK Referral Form from the IPC desk.

Terms and conditions

  • The Offer is valid only for selected services in participating partner locations as listed in the Appendix.

  • The Offer is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.

  • The Offer may be availed multiple times within the Offer Period as long as proof of eligibility requirements are met.

  • Discounted services are not valid for use in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special rates, such as, but not limited to, HMO-covered services, senior citizen and/or PWD discounts.

  • Discount is not applicable for outpatient individual tests that are part of outpatient screening packages. (Click here to view full list of selected screens and packages.)

  • Discount on inpatient services for patients with any of the following critical illness: brain tumor, cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infraction, renal failure, or stroke, is only applicable to select diagnostic screens. Discount shall not apply to professional fees, room & board charges, and non-diagnostic services.

  • Availed discounted service(s) must be directly paid by the customer, agent or employee to the partner branch through its acceptable payment channels.

  • Rates of the health services are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Pru Life UK reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the campaign and its terms and conditions for whatever reason it may deem necessary without prior notice.

  • In case of dispute regarding campaign eligibility, the decision of Pru Life UK shall be considered final.

  • Administration of the offers may be subject to other terms and conditions of The Medical City and Hi-Precision Diagnostics.

1. Who can avail of the Offer?

All Pru Life UK customers (policyholders and life insured) who have registered and linked their active/in-force policy within the offer period in PRUServices. Any active policy can be linked, regardless of the insurance product purchased.

2. What benefits are included in the Offer?

3. How can the Offer be availed?

4. What do I need to present if I am diagnosed with critical illness and want to avail of the discounts on inpatient services at TMC?

Aside from a valid ID and your PRUServices homepage showing your active/inforce policy, you need to present to the International Patient Concierge desk a TMC Medical Certificate indicating any of the following critical illness diagnosis: brain tumor, cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infraction, renal failure, or stroke.

You can obtain the TMC Medical Certificate from your attending physician during your confinement or upon discharge, wherein it should indicate any of the abovementioned critical illness diagnosis.

5. What if I didn’t receive any campaign email or Viber message?

Ensure that your insurance policy status is active/in-force by paying your insurance premiums on time. If you still have not received any campaign email or Viber message, contact your servicing agent or Pru Life UK Customer Center via:

6. Is there a limit to the number of times the offers can be availed?

There is to the number of times the Offer (i.e., discounted services, non-communicable disease risk assesment, and medical concierge) can be availed within the offer period.

7. Who can avail the offers if the policy owner is different from the life insured?

Both the policy owner and life insured (if different from the policy owner) are eligible for the Offer by presenting the availment requirements, i.e., one valid government ID and PRUServices homepage showing at least one active/in-force policy.

8. Are all health services within the partner hospitals/clinics eligible for a discount?

9. Is the Offer available at all partner branches?

10. Can the Offer be shared with friends and relatives?

Only the policy owner and/or life insured are eligible to avail of the benefits. The Offer is non-transferable.

11. Can the Offer be converted to cash?

No, the Offer cannot be converted to cash.
