Limits

There are flexible payment terms available depending on your need and budget:

  • Five (5)-year payment period with a minimum premium of PhP200,000/year (USD4,500/year)
  • Seven (7)-year payment period with a minimum premium of PhP 150,000/year (USD 3,300/year)
  • Ten (10)-year payment period with a minimum premium of PhP 110,000/year (USD 2,500/year)
  • Fifteen (15)-year payment period with a minimum premium of PhP 75,000/year (USD 1,700/year)

Death benefit

In the event of death of the life insured, the sum of the following is payable:

  1. sum assured;
  2. value of units in the policy; and
  3. 125% of all top-ups less 125% of all withdrawals on the top-up units.

A child’s lien, in accordance with the following schedule, is applicable to the [a] and [c] portions of the death benefit.

Core benefits
  • Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and Accidental Death and Disablement (ADD) (at minimum Sum Assured) as core benefit
  • Accidental Death and Disablement Benefit – pays the benefit amount if the life insured dies due to accident within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the accident before the policy anniversary immediately following his seventy-third (73rd) birthday.
Optional benefits

Protection against accident, death, and disability

  • Accidental Death and Disablement – pays the benefit amount if the life insured dies due to accident
  • Personal Accident – indemnifies the life insured for injury or death due to accident
  • Additional Term – pays the benefit amount if life insured dies
  • Payor Term – pays the benefit amount if the Payor dies
  • Waiver of Premium on Total and Permanent Disability – waives all future regular premiums falling due after commencement of TPD if the life insured becomes totally and permanently disabled due to bodily injury or disease
  • Payor Waiver – waives the payment of all future regular premiums in the event of death of the payor or if the payor becomes totally and permanently disabled


Protection against critical illness

  • Accelerated Crisis Cover Benefit (CCB) – pays the benefit amount by advancing the basic sum assured if the life insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the fifteen (15) critical illnesses
  • Accelerated Life Care Benefit (LCB) – pays the benefit amount by advancing the basic sum assured if the life insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the thirty-six (36) critical illnesses or has undergone surgery due to critical illness
  • Life Care Plus (LCP) – pays the benefit amount if the life insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the thirty-six (36) critical illnesses or has undergone surgery due to critical illness
  • Mulitple Life Care Plus (MLCP) – provides up to 310% of the benefit amount as the life insured may file for claims up to three (3) times if he has been diagnosed to be suffering from a critical illness or has undergone surgery due to critical illness while the policy is still in force. Each claim is payable for 100% of the benefit amount, provided the illness falls under separate categories in the critical illness group and the life insured is diagnosed with another critical illness at least one (1) year after the diagnosis of an immediately preceding critical illness claim. Additional benefit equal to 10% of the sum assured is payable if diagnosed to undergo Angioplasty prior to the occurrence of the first critical illness claim
  • Life Care Advance Plus (LCAP) – advances 25% of the benefit amount if the life insured is diagnosed with any of the ten (10) identified early stage critical illnesses. This can be availed up to four (4) times, provided that succeeding claims are from different early stage critical illnesses. Any remaining unused benefit amount is paid if the life insured is diagnosed as being in the advanced stage of any one of the thirty-six (36) listed critical illnesses. Special benefits for Angioplasty (10%), Diabetic Complications (20%), and Advanced Stage Cancer (20%) are payable as long as the benefit is not yet fully claimed or this rider has not been terminated yet
  • Life Care Waiver (LCW) – waives all future regular premiums until the expiry date of the premium paying term if life insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illness or has undergone surgery due to a covered critical illness

Protection against hospital expenses

  • Hospital Income Benefit – provides daily and/or lump sum cash benefits to the life insured for hospitalization due to injury or illness
