Payment link request form
1. What payments can I make through this channel?
You can make renewal payments (one-time or auto-pay) for your active policies or reinstatement payments for your lapsed policies through this payment channel.
For top-up or amendment payments, you can pay using other online available payment channels listed here.
2. How can I pay my premiums/enroll my card in auto-pay using this new channel?
Here’s how:
Step 1: Request for a secure, personalized link through:

Step 2: You will get the link, verification code, and reminders in your registered email address within five (5) minutes. Copy the verification code and click the link which will redirect you to the payment/card enrollment gateway.
Step 3: Input the verification code.
Step 4: Input all the needed details and click ‘Submit’ to complete the transaction.
Please complete the transaction as soon as you can because the link is valid for 48 hours only.
3. What requirements or information do I need to prepare?
You only need to have your card details, which you will input in the online payment/card enrollment gateway. Because the link is personalized, your policy details and amounts will already be provided.
If there are any inconsistencies in the displayed policy details, please call us at +63 (2) 8887 5433.
4. I did not receive the link in my email. What should I do?
This means your preferred active email address is not updated in our records. You can update your contact details via:
- PRUServices - self-service and real-time processing (highly recommended!)
- PRUAccess - self-service and real-time processing
- contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph - submit an accomplished Customer Information Update (CIU) form, processing in 4 business days
Once your contact details are updated in our records, you can request for a new payment/card enrollment link.
5. What debit or credit card brands are acceptable for payment and credit card enrollment?
Accepted cards in this facility are Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
For one-time payments using international cards, you can visit the nearest PRU Customer Center.
6. Is there a limit to the amount I can pay through this payment channel?
Yes, there is a payment limit. The minimum amount allowable is at least one modal premium.
The maximum amount allowable for one-time payment is PhP500,000.00 or USD10,000.00. If the payable exceeds the threshold, you can pay the remaining amount using our other available payment channels listed here.
7. How do I know if my payment or card enrolment is successful?
A pop-up message in the payment/enrollment gateway will notify you if your transaction is successful or unsuccessful.
For payments, you will receive your electronic official receipt (eOR) through your registered email address within 24 hours. You can also view this on PRUAccess after 2 business days.
8. Can I ask for my agent’s help to update or enroll my card for auto-pay?
Yes, they can trigger the send-out of the card enrollment link straight to your registered email address. You can use this link to enroll your card at the comfort of your home!
Alternatively, you can also request for a card enrollment link by visiting any branch near you or getting in touch with our PRU Contact Center (contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph) or call us at +63 (2) 8887 5433.
Manual submissions are not accepted anymore to protect your data.
9. Do I still have to provide a photocopy of my card when I use the enrollment link?
No, you don’t need to provide a photocopy of your card anymore because you will input your card details in the online card enrollment gateway. This is a quicker and more secure way to enroll your card!
10. I have missed premium payments. Can I enroll my card for auto-pay and use it to settle my outstanding premium dues?
Yes, you may enroll your credit card for auto-pay as long as your policy’s status is premium paying.
However, you are highly encouraged to settled you missed premiums first to ensure seamless billing of your upcoming premium dues.

Once the payment is updated, you can then request a card enrolment link.
11. Can I use a card that is not under my name to pay my premiums or enroll for auto-pay?
No, Third-Party Payor (TPP) payments and card enrollments are not supported in this payment channel. If any TPP payments are detected, they will be reversed/refunded and will not be credited to your policy.
For seamless payments and card enrollment, please use a card that is registered in your name.
12. I am currently overseas. Can I use this payment channel to settle my premiums or enroll my card?
No, the links are accessible only in the Philippines.
Alternatively, here’s how you can pay your premium:
Step 1: Make a telegraphic fund transfer through BPI, BDO, HSBC, or Metrobank. Please use the account name PRU LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF U.K. or Pru Life UK.
Step 2: Email a copy of the validated transaction receipt/slip to contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph.
13. Can I use this payment channel for my dollar policy?
No, payment and credit card enrollment links are not allowed. Customers can settle their premiums using other available payment channels listed here
