As part of the concessions of the Bayanihan To Recover As One Act, Pru Life UK is extending a one-time 60-day grace period for all premiums due from September 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

If you’re enrolled in our Auto-Pay or Post-Dated Check Arrangement, you will still be billed on the premium due date as the auto-pay facility is in place. To discontinue your enrollment, email the following applicable requirements to policy.admin@prulifeuk.com.ph.

To stop Auto-Pay Arrangements (Credit Card or Bank Automatic debit arrangement):

  • Letter or email with the subject:  <STOP AUTO-PAY + Your 8-digit Policy Number/s>

  • Indicate your intention to discontinue your nominated credit card or debit account

Note: The email request must be submitted at least 7 days ahead of the premium due date.

To Defer Your Post-Dated Check (PDC) Payments:

  • Letter or email with the subject:  <PDC Deferment + Your 8-digit Policy Number/s>

Note: The email request must be submitted at least 7 days ahead of date of the PDC

  • Indicate your new date of deposit which should be within 60 days from the check’s date

  • Attach/Enclose a copy of your valid ID

By choosing to discontinue, you accept that Pru Life UK will stop billing your enrolled credit card/debit account or deferring the application of your PDCs. For “Stop Auto-Pay” requests, your premiums will have to be settled through other payment channels. Ensure you stay protected by regularly paying for your premiums through any of our available payment facilities.

If you’d like to re-enroll your debit account/credit card, please submit a new auto-pay enrollment form through your agent, any Pru Life UK customer center, or via email contact.us@prulifeuk.com.ph.
