1. How can I apply for the Pru Life UK Credit Card?
- Pru Life UK Credit Card is no longer being offered starting 1 February 2023.
2. Will Pru Life UK have another credit card offer in the future?
- Pru Life UK is currently reviewing options and will inform its policyowners, employees, and agents of any new offers as they become available.
3. I have a pending application for the Pru Life UK Credit Card. Will it still be processed?
- If you were able to submit the requirements last 27 January 2023, your application will still be processed. Please give Robinsons Bank 10 business days from the time you submitted the documents to process your application. To know the status of your application, you may contact Robinsons Bank Customer Care Center at +63286372273 or send an email to C3@robinsonsbank.com.ph.
4. I received a message to submit information/documents needed for the processing of my credit card. Will it still push through?
- If you were able to submit the requirements last 27 January 2023, your application will still be processed. - Yes, Robinsons Bank will re-deliver your credit card. Please make sure that you or a representative is available to receive it. Keep your lines open as the courier may call you to confirm your location.
7. I have an existing Pru Life UK credit card. Can I still use it?
- Your Pru Life UK credit card account remains active and you can continue enjoying your current benefits and perks until further notice from Robinsons Bank or unless you terminate it. 8. My Pru Life UK Credit Card is currently enrolled in auto-pay for my Pru Life UK policy. What will happen?
- Your Pru Life UK policy premiums will continue to be automatically billed to your enrolled credit card, as long as your credit card account is active. For any change in your credit card details, you will need to re-enroll your auto-pay option for your premiums.
