1. The Refer-a-Friend campaign conducted by Pru Life UK will run from April 5, 2021 to September 19, 2021 and is open to qualified Pru Life UK customers.

All employees and agents of Pru Life UK and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g. spouses, children, siblings, parents, in-laws,etc.) are disqualified from joining this promo.

Philippine residents currently residing in the country, aged 18 years old and above.
2. By referring friends to PRU Life UK, the referring customer will get a chance to earn raffle entries for the WeDo Health & Wealth 25th Free Anniversary Raffle Celebration to get a chance to win the following prizes:
- 1 weekly winner of iPhone 12 mini-64 GB
- 24 weekly winners of Gift Certificates worth Php 2,500
- 1 grand raffle winner who can choose prize of Php 2,500,000.00
3. Each successful referral earns the referrer three raffle entries. The more successful referrals you have, the more raffle entries you earn.
4. A referring customer can earn as many raffle entries as possible by referring different friends to PRU Life UK. Repeat referrals will not earn any additional raffle entries.
5. For a referral to be considered successful, the referred must complete and submit the leads form. They must also consent to Pru Life UK contacting them for promotional or direct marketing purposes and check all the consent boxes.
6. The referred must have no ongoing sales engagement or proposal discussion with any Pru Life UK Agents.
7. Only successful referrals are considered eligible for raffle entries. Existing clients, employees and agents of PRU LIFE UK and referrals below 18 years of age will not qualify as successful referrals. Repeat form submissions from the same referral will not count as valid referrals.
8. Referrals will first be validated before the raffle entry is granted to the referrer. If the referral is valid, the referrer will get an SMS informing him/her of the valid referral and that he/she is qualified for the raffle draw. Referrers of invalid referrals will also receive an SMS regarding their invalid referrals.

11. Pru Life UK reserves the right to change the dates and or terms of the raffle.
12. By participating in this program, the referring customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to these Mechanics, Terms and Conditions and waives any and all claims against Pru Life UK related to the program and raffle.
13. Pru Life UK reserves the right to reject any raffle entries deemed inappropriate as detailed in our Privacy Policy and these Raffle Mechanics, Terms and Conditions.
14. All disputes are subject to the final decision of Pru Life UK.
15. Subject to applicable laws, Pru Life UK makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prizes given in connection with this campaign. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the prizes will be provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Non-cash prizes will not be converted to and given in cash.
16. By participating in this raffle, the winners authorize Pru Life UK, Pulse Ecosystems Ltd., and their affiliates to disclose and publish their names and photos in any public marketing campaign or advertising material related to the raffle, the Pulse app, or Pru Life UK without further permission or notification or any compensation (financial or otherwise).
